Charging terms before you plug in
For each PlugVia location, the displayed price, billing method and any extra fees should be visible before charging starts so the driver can choose the stop with confidence.
Clearly displayed price
The charging price should be visible in the station details before the session begins.
Billing method
The site should show whether charging is billed by energy, time, session or a permitted combination of those factors.
Occupancy or idle fee
If a location applies a fee after charging ends or time is exceeded, it should be shown in advance.
